To help us achieve this, we are seeking an experienced Head Chef and Head Baker who will each take responsibility for managing a busy kitchen and bakery.

Head Baker, full time

Daytime, including alternate weekends

You will be experienced in baking and all that comes with it; menu planning, ordering ingredients, food hygiene, organising a small team and pleasing customers. You will work closely with the Café Manager to develop and maintain commercial awareness and work with the team to produce delicious cakes, biscuits and other sweet treats.

In addition you will enjoy being part of the wider team, helping out whenever needed to make sure the customer experience is as satisfying as the cakes you bake...all this whilst ensuring the highest H&S, COSHH and food hygiene standards are met.

Head Chef, full time

Daytime, including alternate weekends

You will be an experienced Chef with a passion for food! We need a Chef to take responsibility for managing a busy kitchen, produce exceptional food choices for our customers whilst maintaining a healthy sales turnover and profit margins.

You will work closely with the Café Manager to develop and enhance the menu, educate the front of house team on their product knowledge, interact with customers, source the very best local ingredients....all this whilst ensuring the highest H&S, COSHH and food hygiene standards are met.

Above all, you will have relevant experience, be a good communicator, have great ideas, be well organised and enjoy the pressure of a busy role. You will also be passionate about food and customer service. Qualifications appropriate to the role are necessary.
